Aye yie yie - I didn't even see this area before - I never scrolled down far enough because I saw that the next title was something about POST W30, so I figured I wouldn't need to go there quite yet ...

Ok, so this would be the place the daily emails keep talking about - come and share your experience, etc ... I just wanted somewhere to get out what's up today ... even if it's just a few words...

Today, Day 11 - I want to binge!! All I can think about is eating a jar of icing ... or maybe a cake, or brownies, or cookies, or donuts ... ugh ... not cool - I just finished a perfectly yummy dinner, but I still want these things like I have all day and all day yesterday ...

I keep hoping the next day will bring some sign of positive effects ... still waiting ... come on Day 12 - please bring something to give me hope ... please please please

I agree! Think of how far you've come! I'm only on Day 3 and a woman on a Facebook group mentioned that's 10% done. It's so much better when Iook at it that way. Do you get the daily e-mails and do you have a food log that you've been keeping? That could give some insight.

I am on day 13 too. Have to say that I do not have a house that is clear of temptations since I have toddler twins and wasn't going to try to change their eating at the same time I change mine but I really am working hard to just ignore them. My workouts have been extra tiring as my muscles are still trying to figure out where to get extra energy. I cannot say that I am super excited about my meals but I can say I feel very satiated after eating them. Just think,we are almost half way done. Keep it up!

Oh boy - having junk food in my house would be the end of my W30 - good for you!!! WAY TO GO! Yes, 2 weeks down :D

I'm pretty sure I'm eating enough fat - even though it kind of grosses me out - 1 or 2 thumbs with each meal ... I've been pretty much 100% complaint with everything so I don't get it ...

CrossFit starts Thursday - can't wait!!

I feel like this is getting harder and harder ... so tired - seriously at least when I'm eating crap food, I know why I feel like crap ... I know, I know - I need to be patient - it's only day Day 14 ... but come on - something has got to give!!

What type of tired are you feeling? General sleepiness, muscle weakness, or general fatigue/lack of energy? I'll ask the obvious...getting enough sleep?? Are you feeling well - like not coming down with something? I feel pretty good - no real euphoria or anything. It is a challenge to make the family grilled cheese sandwiches and then eat my beef stew. Or a few days ago I actually made CC cookies for my daughter but I have to say that while they would have all been gone by now if I weren't doing this there are only about 5 eaten so far. Patience is definitely needed for this as well as some big time perseverence. Tomorrow is the top of the hill - the half-way mark! hope you feel more lively soon.

Well - tired like even though I had tons of sleep, I still can't get out of bed until I press snooze 10 times ... tired driving to work, tired mid afternoon like I could actually fall asleep at my desk ... too tired to cook when I get home from work ... all those kinds of tire :(

Day 15 email was helpful in reassuring me to be patient ... one of the things I struggle with in all aspects of life lol

Sorry your still feeling so tired. I was that way on days 3 and 4 (on day 10 now) Just throwing this out there, but if you're doing cross fit you may need to make sure you are getting enough carbs from sweet potatoes or butternut squash. I've have to up my starchy carbs on more active days. I started feeling much better by day 9, but it was so disappointing that it took so long, I HATE that tired feeling, so I can only imagine the disappointment you must be feeling at day 15. The daily emails do help, so glad I signed up for them otherwise I'm not sure I would have made it past the first week because I felt so awful. I hope you get your energy back soon.

LOL!!! I did the same thing and posted my log in the top section! I was slapping myself on the head yesterday thinking, "It helps to scroll down!" Great job on your Whole30 so far. I dreamed of cheeseburgers last night...and I'm only on day 3! Hang in there, chick. :)

Well not doing CrossFit yet (starts tomorrow), but I have been doing my regular sessions with my personal trainer and making sure I fuel them as specified.

Going to really watch my fat to make sure it's enough - and try to put a little extra ...

ARGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

trying to come on this forum instead of going out and buying stuff to binge on ... but it's really really hard for me - normally when I'm sad, tired, angry, feeling crappy - I eat junk food ... I'm getting a massage in an hour and then I'll be taking a long bath ... this is not fun

That tiredness is a real bummer! Your body must be having a tough time transitioning from a carb-burning machine to being fat-adapted. Hope the massage helps. Today was the first day that I didn't feel like my muscles were going to fail me during my normal BodyPump classes. I have had to lower my weights one notch but feel like next time I could bring them back up to where they were before the W30.

Hang in there cause you just need to do wjat you did for the last 15 days one more time and you are to the 30 day mark!!

Really hope you feel better.

I do feel good after my massage and bath :D

I'm on my way to read and turn out the lights by 9:30p - I'm trying really hard to follow no electronics after 8pm (unfortunately my boss just called with a quick emergency that's why I'm still on now), and then make a lunch, shower, read and lights out by 9:30p ... doing this in hopes of waking up naturally at 6a with lots of energy - ready to face the day ... hasn't worked yet, but I'm going to keep it up - patience ... I'm practicing patience!

This is my first W30 and I'm on Day 11, but I know I've been eating too much coconut and almond butter. I do great all day long but after dinner, that's when I used to snack alot. So I go ahead and have some coconut butter or almond butter instead, like dessert, and it really takes the edge off. I wonder if this is why I'm not craving sweets and pastries?
