Pandora Black
I’m cooking the leg of lamb in the fancypants menu section of the whole 30 book. But the recipe is for bone in leg of lamb and I can only find boneless. My question is, what temperature does it need to be when it’s done? How can I be sure it’s done and not over or undercooked? Administrators ladyshanny Posted April 26, 2019 Administrators Share Posted April 26, 2019 I think I would give a quick call over to your butcher to get the answer on that.

Some of the better cooking websites such as TheKitchn and FoodNetwork might also have some info on this. We're great with Whole30 stuff but general cooking questions are often better found elsewhere
Pandora Black
I’ll just google it. Thanks anyway. I’d ask the butcher, but I’m ordering the lamb from Whole Foods via Prime Now.
Pandora Black
https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/9380/roast-leg-of-lamb/ google gave me this link which answered my question. Officially, the temperature for lamb is 135 degrees and it should be a little pink.
