We're hosting a Star Wars Day on May 4th, and the stuff we usually make is far from compliant. If push comes to shove, I'll just make the same stuff four our guest and eat differently all day. The dips, you could use a baba ghanoush or guacamole. This post has a Death Star watermelon: https://www.skiptomylou.org/star-wars-party-ideas/, and they have a thing labeled Chewbacca Bites, which I'm not sure what theirs are, but you could maybe do a similar thing with Bora Bora Fireballs (http://meljoulwan.com/2013/03/05/bora-bora-fireballs/) -- I'm not a huge Star Wars fan, so maybe there's something that they really are supposed to be, to be in keeping with the movies, I was just going on appearances.
