Late night Uber driving snacks

Can you keep a small cooler in your car? That way you could keep just about anything you're willing to eat cold on hand to eat when you have time.

Things like grilled chicken or steak cut into strips, hard boiled eggs (already peeled), or meatballs would be good protein options. Raw vegetables with a container of mayo or ranch or guac for dipping, cold roasted vegetables, or soup in a thermos could get you some vegetables. Olives or a handful of nuts for some added fat.

If you want to keep something that will keep a little longer for emergencies, try jerky or meat bars like Epic or Chomps.
