Greetings! I am jumping into the forum on my first day. I purchased the 30 Day Guide and the Slow Cooker books. Have tried a few recipes already prior to my official kick off. So far everything has been tasty! I am embarking on this journey to improve my relationship with food and perhaps lose a few pounds along the way. I am recently retired so have an opportunity to attend yoga and exercise a little bit too, hoping that will help to keep me focused and motivated. Looking forward to the adventure!
