Rb4693
Hello, So I have been scrolling through recent posts but can't seem to find any direct solutions to bloating. I have eliminated most chia seeds, nut butter, nuts and have eaten less fruit but don't seem to be seeing much difference. Any suggestions? Yesterday: Breakfast: sweet potato toast with mayo and scrambled eggs Lunch: salad with avocado, cabbage, carrots, bacon, and compliant dressing Snack: apple with almond butter Dinner: cauliflower rice with coconut milk thai sauce and meatballs, mixed veggies Today: Breakfast: sweet potato toast with mayo and scrambled eggs Lunch: cauliflower rice with coconut milk thai sauce and meatballs Snack: sweet potato toast with mayo and bacon, apple Dinner: salmon cakes with tartar sauce, salad with avocado, carrots, bacon and compliant dressing Thanks. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted May 17, 2019 Moderators Share Posted May 17, 2019 Raw vegetables are more likely to cause bloating than cooked ones, and cruciferous vegetables are more likely to cause bloating than other vegetables, so you could try making sure all your vegetables are cooked for a few days, and limiting cruciferous vegetables to not more than a serving a day (cruciferous vegetables include broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale). Also be sure you're drinking plenty of water each day.
