I have eliminated most chia seeds, nut butter, nuts and have eaten less fruit but don't seem to be seeing much difference. Any suggestions? Yesterday: Breakfast: sweet potato toast with mayo and scrambled eggs Lunch: salad with avocado, cabbage, carrots, bacon, and compliant dressing Snack: apple with almond butter Dinner: cauliflower rice with coconut milk thai sauce and meatballs, mixed veggies Today: Breakfast: sweet potato toast with mayo and scrambled eggs Lunch: cauliflower rice with coconut milk thai sauce and meatballs Snack: sweet potato toast with mayo and bacon, apple Dinner: salmon cakes with tartar sauce, salad with avocado, carrots, bacon and compliant dressing Thanks.
