Pandora Black Posted May 18, 2019 Share Posted May 18, 2019 Ok so I’m 18 days in, and I’ve had tiger blood since day 13. I was already dairy free (I’m lactose intolerant). The one inflammatory thing I consumed daily was gluten. I have most of the symptoms of celiac, that are all gone now. So, when I do re into, do I have to reintroduce gluten?
