cjwieringa123
I am R1D10. I have been following the guidelines of the program. Prior to starting this program I was following the Weight Watcher program. Today was my day which I needed to attend a meeting in order to keep my membership current, hence, this required a weigh in. I know this in noncompliant. What I had noticed was a weight gain. Is this normal? I'm not sure what is going on. Please, need feedback
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted May 19, 2019 Moderators Share Posted May 19, 2019 Weight loss doesn't always happen in a nice straight line, you can gain and lose even a couple of pounds over the course of a day. If this is a big change from how you were eating before, your body may still be adjusting. You may have other stuff going on that could affect your weight -- hormonal fluctuations, eating more salt than usual, or being constipated, just to name a few. Don't worry about it, and if you have to weigh in again before the end of your whole30, consider asking them not to tell you your weight, just note it wherever they need to for their records.
