ShannonV
Hello all I'm Shannon and I'm going to start the Whole 30 on 5/26, despite it being Memorial day weekend and a horse show day. It's never the perfect day, so picked something. So in the middle of my 30 days, i'll be a Walt Disney World Camping. We'll be in our RV, so having my own food really isn't an issue, but getting the family to eat 3 meals at the camper probably will be. Breakfast is a no brainer, but I'm wondering what my options are at Disney for lunch and dinner? What about going out to eat outside Disney? Really looking forward to making this healthy change, but any resources you can point me to would be appreciated.
Whole30 Certified Coach Lindseydalton Posted May 21, 2019 Whole30 Certified Coach Share Posted May 21, 2019 Disney is very accommodating with dietary restrictions. Here are a couple resources http://www.wdwvacationtips.com/how-to-eat-at-disney-with-food-allergies/ https://disneydreamco.com/tackling-disney-with-food-allergies/
