Ghee: Are these still milk solids?

Hi! :)


So I made some more Ghee for the first time and thought it was perfect. Golden yellow, completely clear (After filtering of course)... leaving it outside overnight left me with this: Many white little pieces inside my Ghee (Photo of the big jar). When I warm it up it becomes 100% clear again. Can those things still be milk solids? Also, the small jar I left in the fridge, now there is a little bit of white on top. Again, are these milk solids? I am a beginner, so would appreciate your advice!!!
