If it's the "bottled in a facility..." warning that is worrying you, that's just a warning for people with severe allergies who could have reactions to even the tiniest amount of something. If it said "contains soy" (or some other non-whole30 ingredient), it wouldn't be okay, but the warning on this means there might possibly be some tiny amount from cross contamination.
