CatWhole30
Did a search and couldn’t find an answer. Item in question is the Polysorbate 60. Compliant?? Thanks in advance!
Lorna from Canada
Polysorbate is an emulsifier - an agent that allows the compounds in the product to bind themselves together to make the product thicker. (Like mustard in an oil and vinegar dressing but a whole lot less natural!) Allowed on W30 but, like so many chemical additives, are they safe? I don't think that was your question though so I'll walk away now.

True Primal
You can buy coconut milk that is just coconut milk. No need for sketchy things. For example: "Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk".
