Day 2 of Whole 30: What did I get myself into!

If you're feeling hungry, it's okay to eat. Make sure your meals follow the meal template, it is the minimum you should be eating, and it is okay to eat more.  You can download the template here:  https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/

Especially be sure you add a serving of fat or two to your meals, in addition to any oil you cook in.
