hbiscotti
and I just realized that I'm on day 2 not day 3 Day 1 Food Log scrambled eggs banana and strawberry smoothie larabar baked chicken with mango salsa baked sweet potato banana smoothie w/ cocoa powder, unsalted cashews * nothing had any sauce, milk, cheese, or other bad stuff Day 2 coffee - NO COFFEE MATE liquid or powder, no sweetener GGGGGGGGgggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr banana and egg pancakes leftover baked chicken and mango salsa pineapple slices - snack filet mignon sweet potato fries carrots Today I have had a migraine all day, and zero energy. It was rainy today which made my laziness acute! When I got up I felt un-bloated, but as the day went on I began to feel bloated again. I had some sea salt on my steak. Could that dumb sea salt be the instigator of my bloated belly?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 31, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 31, 2012 Salt is not a likely explanation of feeling bloated, but being on day 2 is.
