bigmomark
My doctor suggested using Tonic Water for Restless Leg syndrome that works quite well. However, it is full of High Fructose Corn Syrup. Does anybody know of a Whole 30 approved replacement for the quinine in Tonic Water
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 3, 2019 Moderators Share Posted July 3, 2019 I don't know of any compliant options for quinine. Have you tried magnesium? You can do compliant supplements at night (although it sometimes acts as a laxative, so start with small doses until you see how you react), or there are lotions or sprays that contain magnesium that you could try as well. You might also try googling Whole30 restless leg syndrome -- I know there have been past discussions of this topic, maybe some of the suggestions would work for you.
