I'm on day 10 and I've completely lost my appetite. I'm feeling so tired and lethargic, eating feels like a chore. Should I force the food down, or listen for hunger cues to start?

You probably need to eat something, but having a few meals that are smaller than normal is ok. Try having just a smaller meal -- maybe a hard boiled egg and some vegetables with ranch or guacamole for dipping. See how you feel after that.

@Iloveveggies I agree that eating some mini-meals is a good way to go.  Try to stick with 3 meals a day that follow the meal template.  If they are smaller than usual, that is a-ok.  Get plenty of rest and your appetite should return soon.

I am on day 11 and I SOOO feel you.  My appetite disappeared about a week ago and I haven’t seen it since. I’m just sort of pushing through, eating a little bit here and there - sometimes when I start eating I get hungrier so I eat more.  I think if you’re eating enough to be functional it’s all good - I get the feeling W30 doesn’t want us fasting, kwim?
