Whole30 (round 2) here we come!

Hello Whole30 Community!

My husband and I started our first round of Whole30 on June 18 and just finished this past Wednesday. I can't believe how fast the 30 days went! I feel more energetic than I have in a long time - I feel great! Yesterday we had oatmeal for breakfast with cinnamon and blueberries (no added sugar) and the rest of our meals were still Whole30. I have come to the realization that I still need to continue with Whole30 for an additional 30 days. I've had so many years of bad eating habits and I know that if I go back to adding in stuff with sugar in it that I will go down a bad path. Round 2 here we come!

Congratulations on completing your first round! I think it's great that you've come to learn you need additional time to break those bad eating habits.
