Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 7, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 7, 2013 Please don't do it. This is processed food. The point of a Whole30 is to eat real food. You can eat fruit. You can eat chia seeds, although they are a poor choice and we suggest you don't. But things that come in wrappers and brag that they are all natural and organic are really ALL-WRONG. The ingredients are acceptable, but this is not real food. You would be better off eating a handful of macadamia nuts or cashews than eating one of these bars. You can do it and not technically be in violation of Whole30 guidelines, but it makes me sad to think of you choosing to eat this stuff.
Smitarazzo
Don't be sad! I won't eat it! I know there is a health food bar out there that people eat on the Whole30 and it never hurts to ask, right? Thanks!
