PennDenise Posted August 11, 2019 Share Posted August 11, 2019 Hello! I’ve read the book Whole30, twice, printed all of the PDFs and today, readied my kitchen. Between tomorrow and the 13th, I will re-read the book again, visit the supermarket and pray for 30 days of strength. I’m very interested to see if I can better my health, my energy levels and get better sleep at night by doing Whole30. If I’m able to lose some weight, then it’s a win-win!
