KiwiKendra Posted August 11, 2019 Share Posted August 11, 2019 I'll keep it short and sweet. I live in Auckland New Zealand and was introduced to Whole30 by a work colleague. I'm changing my life from 19th August 2019, and my work buddy is doing it with me. I've armed myself with three of the books (including Day By Day), a pack of highlighter pens, stickers, and downloaded as much stuff as I could. I'm feeling anxious and excited all at the same time but knowing that there are going to be some massive changes to me and my lifestyle with so much support around me is AWESOME.
