Rod Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 Can I drink Mate? For those who don't know it's basically green tea but it contains a lot of caffeine. The problem is that those who drink, don't drink a cup only, it's typically over 1L. I couldn't find where caffeine in excess was not allowed, so that's basically the question :). Thank you!!
