Before I started Whole30 4 days ago I was using these supplements: Creatine Glutamine Fish Oil Capsules Calcium Magnesium Tablets Multivitamin Glucosamine Is it ok to continue taking these while on the program or should I steer clear of all of these for the 30 days or does it really matter?
