Can I take Supplements?

I hear a lot of conflicting information regarding supplements. Before I started Whole30 4 days ago I was using these supplements:

Creatine

Glutamine

Fish Oil Capsules

Calcium Magnesium Tablets

Multivitamin

Glucosamine

Is it ok to continue taking these while on the program or should I steer clear of all of these for the 30 days or does it really matter?

Fish oil and magnesium are often recommended. Other things may not be especially helpful. With anything you take, check the ingredients to make sure there are no off-plan ingredients like soy or stevia, etc.
