What are the ingredients for the ones you're thinking of using? The ones I'm seeing have wheat, so gluten, and they have lentils and soybeans, so legumes, and some other grains. So those wouldn't work. But if you've got some that have different ingredients, they might work, just look at the ingredients and see what's in them.

I am doing the slow roll reintroduction and I want to find a gluten free grain type of wrap. I’m overwhelmed the ones I saw in the store seem to have a lot of weird ingredients. My Dr said I should not ReIntroduce gluten yet.

There are paleo wraps out there that would have no grains at all, usually they're coconut based but there may be other options now. That wouldn't help you with the reintroductions, but if you're just wanting wraps to use for lunch, you could do those and find other foods to reintro gluten free grains (like oatmeal or corn). Corn tortillas might be another option.

Thank you for this very helpful! I think I’m hesitate to take the training wheels off. I feel like I just got a handle on whole30 eating and want to stay paleo/ healthy but get overwhelmed when thinking about what I want to add in. I would love to hear what healthy things you eat on a regular basis that maybe came after whole30.
