OpenMindedMe 0 Posted August 28, 2019 Share Posted August 28, 2019 Hi all. It's Day 9 for me, and I've had soft stools for 5 days. Not having fun. I'm a vegetarian (and not much into cooking) using nuts & eggs (up to 5/day) for proteins, eating lots of salad, blueberries and almond milk. The occasional can of tuna. My previous proteins were tofu and beans. Should I be concerned about the soft stools? The first 3 days were nearly diarrhea, which I'm wondering might be from the coconut milk I tried as a substitute. Thanks! Link to post Share on other sites
slc_melissa 247 Posted August 28, 2019 Share Posted August 28, 2019 How many nuts are you eating? If you're significantly upped your intake from previously, that could be a major contributing factor. Nuts are recommended to be about the equivalent of a closed handful every other day or so. Link to post Share on other sites
