Day 1 starts today! Question....

Hello Everyone,

I just jointed the forum and my day 1 starts today!

I'm following the 7-day meal plan in the Whole30 book and I just made the spinach frittata for breakfast (I know, it's almost 1pm lol). The recipe says it serves 2, so am I supposed to eat half the frittata today? And the other half tomorrow morning/afternoon? That seems like a lot.

I've read some of your other posts and, WOW!  Think to yourself - "Food Is Fuel".  And it sounds like your tank has been running on fumes for quite a long time now.  

Do you like pork tenderloin?  It's an easy protein to cook, and it lasts well in the fridge to add to several meals throughout the week.
