Picked my start date for September 10

Hey everyone. My name is Katrina and I am stating the whole30 on Tuesday. I cleaned out my pantry, fridge and freezer to get ready. I made my meal plan and got my groceries. I am so nervous. I really like sugar in my coffee and I’m dreading Tuesday morning with no sugar and cream. Any tips to get over the sugar craving hump?

I usually have my coffee with 2 sugar cubes and a splash of milk.  I had to dilute my coffee to half strength before I could drink it plain.  Since I have another coffee drinker in the house I made a regular pot of coffee, filled my cup half-way, then added hot water from a kettle on the stove.  I tried the nutpods, a lot of people seem to like it.  I thought it was absolutely the nastiest stuff out there.  But to each his or her own.
