And I am having to tell myself almost constantly why I'm doing this talk myself out of cravings every time I turn around and it's pretty hard to want to keep going. So when does it get easier? It's also much easier if you make sure you are following the meal template and eating enough, drinking your water (half your weight), and salting your food (as you aren't eating processed food).
