Oily Poop/Day 17

Hi - I am a healthy 53 year old female, and this is my second Whole 30.  Had great success 5 years ago at curing my inflammation/arthritis on this diet.  I am on Day 17.  This Whole30 I have not experienced looser pants (i.e. weightloss) or tigerblood -- last time this happened right away.  I also noticed that I am pooping ALL THE TIME (4+ x per day...typically in the morning)... GROSS OUT WARNING: and today I noticed oil on top of my very loose poop.  I have been reading that might be because I am not absorbing fat well?  Can I do something to fix it?  Thanks for any help you can provide.  Please see what I am eating below:

M- 3 eggs, 2 small red potatoes, 1 piece bacon, 1 thumb ghee, 1/2 large red pepper, 3/4C celery, 4 blackberries, coffee

L - ground turkey, 1 thumb coconut oil, 2-3 cups veggies, 1.5 handfuls of olives

D - chicken w/skin, shoshito peppers, salad with two strawberries (oil/v light dressing), caulirice

Snack - 1/2 small apple and turkey chomp

I also have been drinking 70+ ounces of water (way, way more than I used to drink)
