samy19582 Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 I'm on Day 10 of my third W30 and this is the first time I've experienced considerable bloating, constipation, and a feeling of weight gain. I was feeling amazing on Day 5-6 but the past few days have been miserable. I've tried debloat tea, smooth moves tea, and apple cider vinegar, but nothing seems to be working. It's been almost 4 days since I've had a bowel movement, which I'm stating to get concerned about. I'm a 26 YO F, 5'8", started at 134 lbs Here's my typical day: Breakfast: .5 cup egg whites, half an avocado, Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning, 1/4 cup blueberries or small granny smith apple Lunch: butter lettuce, arugula, carrots, cucumbers, yellow squash, grape tomatoes, homemade tuna salad (1 can no salt added tuna in water, W30 approved mustard, balsamic vinegar) or 3 oz deli turkey, 1 tbsp Primal Kitchen balsamic vinaigrette with avocado oil Snack (usually need something around 4/430): apple with Justin's original almond butter / RX bar (if working out) / seasnax / almonds / GTS W30 compliant kombucha Dinner: zucchini noodles, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onion, either ground turkey or bilinskis mushroom chicken sausage (no sugar), W30 compliant tomato sauce, red pepper flakes Usually have some sort of tea post-dinner I also take a Culturelle probiotic every morning. Would love any help / suggestions. Again, this is my 3rd time doing W30 and I've never really experienced this issue.
