Joyful01 Posted September 20, 2019 Share Posted September 20, 2019 It's day 12 and i've been following the program to the T and to be honest, I am exhausted -- I fall into bed around 8PM and am up by 6AM so I know sleep isnt the issue. It could be you're not eating enough, or not salting your food, or not drinking enough water, or something that isn't food related. If you want more specific feedback, we need more details. What do your meals look like, including approximate portion sizes? How much water are you drinking? Do your meals keep you satisfied 4-5 hours at a time, or are you snacking? HappyBecky Posted September 21, 2019 Share Posted September 21, 2019 I'm honestly having the same problem this go-around. This is my second round and I'm on day 19. I've been so tired the past couple of weeks I've come thisclose to quitting numerous times! My first round I had energy thru the roof. This round I am also falling into bed around 8-9pm.
