Aimeefolds Posted September 24, 2019 Share Posted September 24, 2019 Hi everyone! I just wanted to say hi and connect with some others doing the whole 30! I started on Sept. 23 and am on day 2. Making it through one day of whole30 was a big deal for me. I am a huge sugar addict and I am too embarrassed to even write what my diet was like previously. I have not been able to stick to a single diet since I had my second daughter almost 2 years ago and had been a yo-yo dieter for my entire adult life. Sugar and junk food have taken over my life to a point that it is majorly effecting my health and wellbeing. I need to lose around 60 pounds but more importantly I want to change my life and habits.
