Whole30 meal plan using veggie meats as substitutes??

Hi All

wondering if i can use veggie meats (i.e. Beyond meat, or morning Star etc) as a substitute for some of the meat recipes for the Whole 30?

any info would be great!! as I'm starting my the30 journey starting Oct 1

Those products typically have soy or other legumes in them, which are not allowed in whole30.

Otherwise, if you eat meat or eggs or fish, do the whole30 as written, following the rules outlined here: https://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/
