Emily213
I completed my first Whole30 and did my reintroduction as written for the fast track. I had allergy (asthma, seasonal allergies) reactions to both grains and dairy.... however, I was also battling a sinus infection. How would I go about reintroducing those again alone to see how I react? How many days would I need to resume Whole30 completely before I re-try? Hey Emily, I always recommend going without a food for at least two weeks before reintroducing it to test for a sensitivity! Hope this helps!
