kellyp Posted January 7, 2013 Share Posted January 7, 2013 Just checking in. I'm on day 7 and I honestly have not found it to be that bad. I had a few days of not being able to concentrate and a slight headache. I haven't had any cravings to speak of. My biggest issue is late afternoons, I want to eat something, but have determined that I am really not hungry. I'm still trying to figure out if I am getting the right pre and post workout foods in because on the days of my more intense workouts I seem to be hungry sooner or more often. Really tempted to step on the scale since I feel as though I have lost weight and I think that my stomach looks flatter and more defined. Still waiting for the good sleep to kick in. I'll admit, I did break down and check the scale...fortunately I did actually lose a couple pounds, otherwise I might have said "screw it" and given into my cravings, since I was already feeling so gross.
