Just checking in. I'm on day 7 and I honestly have not found it to be that bad. I had a few days of not being able to concentrate and a slight headache. I haven't had any cravings to speak of. My biggest issue is late afternoons, I want to eat something, but have determined that I am really not hungry.

I'm still trying to figure out if I am getting the right pre and post workout foods in because on the days of my more intense workouts I seem to be hungry sooner or more often.

Really tempted to step on the scale since I feel as though I have lost weight and I think that my stomach looks flatter and more defined. Still waiting for the good sleep to kick in.

I'm jealous that you haven't had many issues...I felt AWFUL until today! I'll admit, I did break down and check the scale...fortunately I did actually lose a couple pounds, otherwise I might have said "screw it" and given into my cravings, since I was already feeling so gross. Congrats on getting this far!
