Early reintroduction?

I did not end up doing a controlled reintroduction for my first round for a variety of reasons. I am scheduled to travel a few days after my current round and I expect that will also interfere with doing a controlled reintroduction. What are your thoughts on starting reintroduction early, say after day 20 or so? Would that still give me good data on what foods impact me? I've already been feeling pretty good one week into R2.
