I don't think oligosaccharides have been officially addressed anywhere. However, other saccharides are definitely not allowed, as they are sweeteners (see the Sneaky Sugars guide you can download here:  https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/), and these are similar, as far as I can tell. I would say skip this for your Whole30.
