I have a dairy allergey that ive been ignoring for 10 years. A few months ago i cut dairy for a month and felt so much better for listening to my doctor. My issue was i went back to dairy as it was cheaper then buying normal dairy for my family plus alternatives for myself. I am determined to complete the January whole30 and am wondering on alternatives for ghee? Do i just use coconut oil or even avacado oil? Please help! Moderators ShannonM816 Posted December 18, 2019 Moderators Share Posted December 18, 2019 Coconut, olive, or avocado oil are probably the most-used oils, and any of them should work in place of ghee, though they each have different flavors, so it may take some trying different things to see what you like best.
