LindaMT
I'm working with my doctor to stop my post gastric sleeve weight regain. Stop the addictions and eating stuff that makes me feel bad. I've read here I can adjust my meals to accommodate my small stomach. I am concerned about finding compliant supplements. I just got put put on Fosomax for bone density too. So supplements are important. I plan to start Whole30 soon and am researching it first to be prepared. There is a lot to it, but I think it will be easy once I get into it. Pre planning meals is the key I think. My Dr agreed to let me use phentermine to get a good start. The gastric surgeon says it's a better alternative to revision surgery. My GP has also done the Whole 30, so will be a great resource.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted December 21, 2019 Moderators Share Posted December 21, 2019 If your doctor prescribes something, even a supplement, follow your doctor's orders. You can definitely do some research and find the least bad options, but if you have to take something, you have to take it.
