Susan D37
I'm really looking forward to starting my first Whole 30 for January 2020! My doctor recommended it as a way to figure out what parts of my diet may be increasing my autoimmune symptoms. I did the AIP diet earlier this year but didn't experience any relief (because I was suffering from a second autoimmune disease which hadn't been diagnosed or treated yet). I would love to hear from anyone who has seen great success with their autoimmune symptoms by taking on the Whole30. My diet isn't crazy, but this will definitely be difficult after overly indulgent holidays, so any success stories will serve as great reminders for me when the going gets tough! Madeline368
I don't have any success stories but I have a bunch of chronic illnesses including IBD and arthritis which are autoimmune. I am really hoping that Whole 30 will help reduce inflammation, pain, and fatigue! I plan to track my symptoms throughout the month to see if I have any improvement.
