Enjoy your nuts, nut flours, and nut milks as long as you check all ingredients to make sure that they are sugar free (milks especially) and otherwise compliant EXCEPT no peanuts. Just not peanuts or any other legumes masquerading as nuts - Hubs had a sample bag of fried, salted chickpeas in hs hand last night asking if he could eat them. Um, no!
