Jim Baunach 7
Are nuts against the Whole30 rules? Thanks. Jim
cutterlm 8
Nuts are allowed, as are nut flours and butters (as long as they don't contain any off plan ingredients such as sugar.) Jim Baunach

Maria45 4
Please remember that peanuts are not allowed. I believe it's because they are officially a legume. Enjoy your nuts, nut flours, and nut milks as long as you check all ingredients to make sure that they are sugar free (milks especially) and otherwise compliant EXCEPT no peanuts. Lorna from Canada 276
Yes. Just not peanuts or any other legumes masquerading as nuts - Hubs had a sample bag of fried, salted chickpeas in hs hand last night asking if he could eat them. Um, no!
