R2D1 (First round was in 2015!)

Food:

Breakfast: Fried egg, potatoes, 3 slices bacon and handful of strawberries 

Lunch: Red leaf lettuce, beat kraut, two hardboiled eggs , carrots, Tessemae's lemon garlic dressing and 1/2 cup bone broth with lemon 

Dinner: PaleoOmg meatballs and soup https://paleomg.com/ginger-acorn-squash-soup-with-thai-mini-meatballs/  

Beverages: Water, 3 cups black coffee, black tea and peppermint tea

Exercise: 

Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 Week 1 

Mental:

15 mins Yoga with Adrienne 

3 min meditation (trying to work myself up to 10 mins/day by the end of the 30 days)

Food:

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 1/2 avocado, spinach, applegate farm sausages and few pieces of pineapple

Snack: Almond milk, wild blueberries and collagen

Lunch: Leftover soup and meatballs https://paleomg.com/ginger-acorn-squash-soup-with-thai-mini-meatballs/  

Dinner: Chicken curry soup https://paleomg.com/chicken-coconut-curry-noodle-bowl/

Beverages: 2 cups black coffee, green tea, chaga tea and bone broth

Exercise:

Mental:

10 mins Yoga with Adrienne 

3 min meditation

Food:

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 1/2 avocado, spinach, applegate farm sausages, small sweet potato and few pieces of pineapple

Dinner:  Meatloaf https://www.paleorunningmomma.com/whole30-paleo-meatloaf-whole30-ketchup/  (used Primal Kitchen Ketchup), sweet potatoes, kraut and broccoli

Beverages: Water, black tea and peppermint tea

Exercise:

Mental:

10 min yoga

R2D4

Feeling great today! Helped paint a house for 5 hours today and had the energy to do it! Also, being hungry did not feel like an "emergency" like it normally does. I was able to wait until my next meal comfortably. 

 

Food:

Breakfast: Fried egg, two slices bacon, small sweet potato, spinach and 1/2 banana

Lunch: Leftover meatloaf, broccoli, kraut, celery with Tessemae's ranch

Dinner: Steak, potatoes and wedge salad with avocado and Tessemae's ranch

Beverages: Water, 3 cups black coffee and peppermint tea

Exercise: Counting painting as my exercise!

Mental: Being outside for 5 hours today enjoying movement , fresh air and sunshine
