Kristina421
Hi there! Just wondering if my favorite tea is whole30 compliant... Yogi Roasted Dandelion Spice DeTox Tea. I would also appreciate if someone could weigh in on Cinnamon Vanilla Healthy Skin Yogi Tea. Below are URLs and an ingredient list of each. I am confused about the cocoa shells on the dandelion one (I think they are ok) and the natural and organic flavor on the 2nd one (if the cocoa shells are ok–if not, then the 2nd one wouldn't be either). Thanks in advance! spicyginger
Really? I had a similar question. The tea I like has ginger, lemongrass, lemon peel, licorice, and spearmint (https://www.friedrichscoffee.com/product/ginger-lemon/) The licorice is what I am questioning. I thought licorice root is techinically a legume.
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 7, 2020 Moderators Share Posted January 7, 2020 It's the root of a plant which does produce legumes but you're not eating the legumes which are the problematic part. All good.
