ebutcher Posted January 6, 2020 Share Posted January 6, 2020 Im new to this and trying to follow the guide on meal planning. Are we adding protein, veggies, fruit, fat and nuts to every meal we eat? Assuming that nuts, fats and oil and butters are all fats. Need to know how to plan my meals. Also for preworkout do we need carbs or just veggies and protein? Fruits are recommended as 0-2 servings (fist sized) per day but not eaten alone and not pushing veggies out of the way. Nuts aren't an optimal fat source so if you have other options, go with those (ghee, mayo, coconut oil/milk, avocado, olives, cooking oils etc). Preworkout would be protein and fat.
