StephanieDP Posted January 8, 2020 Share Posted January 8, 2020 I know I must be out of whack hormonaly, I am following the whole30 day 3, I really do not want to eat breakfast or lunch, however I am making a proper meal for both but it is taking me an hour to eat it. I think your hormones will adjust and you'll be able to eat your meals at your normal 'dinner speed' but an hour isn't unrealistic... Keep going!
