Comom Posted January 9, 2020 Share Posted January 9, 2020 Hello! I was excited to start a healthier journey but on day 3 I woke up feeling like I was run over by a truck like the flu. I slept most of the day and felt terrible including headaches. Today is day 4 and I’m so nauseos I cannot eat anything or drink without feeling like I’m going to throw up. Having a headache is standard for most people in the first few days and depending on what their diet was like coming into the program, some mild nausea can be expected but this sounds more extreme - like a bug. Soup, sweet potato, roast chicken, even if just a little bit. Plenty of water. Your body is trying hard to adapt and it needs fuel. Hope you feel better soon.
