lnp 1
I am currently breastfeeding my daughter and stopped a supplement I was taking with fenugreek, etc. in it b/c it contained vegetable glycerin. My milk production has dropped significantly so I’m wondering if I can start taking this again without affecting my While30. I’m in day 10. Any thoughts? Thanks so much. Whole30 Certified Coach Shani_SWP 22 Posted January 16, 2020 Whole30 Certified Coach Share Posted January 16, 2020 While glycerin isn't allowed because it's a sugar alcohol, the amount in supplements is minuscule, and as this is YOUR Whole30, you can make that determination. And as always, doctor's orders trump Whole30 rules. One of my coworkers was drinking this tea while she was breastfeeding: https://www.traditionalmedicinals.com/products/mothers-milk/ so I'm not sure if this is something you would try instead of your supplement, but you also need to feed your baby!
