Lli
Hi, i am preparing myself to start the Whole 30 journey but there are a couple of things I'd like to understand better. i work on the road and I'm trying to figure out how what meal options are most appropriate to take in the car ( specially when the weather is so hot). i live in Australia and would love some guidance as to how identify Whole30 ingredients and food here as I'm struggling a little and not sure if I'm looking at the right details. I have the whole30 book fast and easy and it's great but I'm finding difficult to adapt some of the foods here in Australia. Any guidance on what should I look for in packaged food, ingredients it would b greatly appreciated. many thanks, Lli
Whole30 Certified Coach Terra Milliken Posted February 9, 2020 Whole30 Certified Coach Share Posted February 9, 2020 Hello @Lli! I am in the US so I am unsure specifics that can be found in Australia. Are there certain recipes you need help adapting or items you are wanting to find? I have heard that prosciutto can be found easily in Australia and can be used for a bacon or ham in recipes. Do you have a Costco close to you? I have heard they have many compliant items, too! Let me know if you have specific questions! Welcome to Whole30!
