AlyssaB Posted February 4, 2020 Share Posted February 4, 2020 I'm on day 28 of my Whole30, and the first thing I'm planning on reintroducing in a couple of days is legumes. Before Whole30, I would notice that beans would cause me some minor gas/bloating, but never peanuts, despite them both being legumes.
