AlyssaB 0
I'm on day 28 of my Whole30, and the first thing I'm planning on reintroducing in a couple of days is legumes. Before Whole30, I would notice that beans would cause me some minor gas/bloating, but never peanuts, despite them both being legumes. Should I treat the two separately and reintroduce them at different times even though they fall under the same category? Thanks!

Just follow the general guidelines, have the food at all three meals, go back to whole30 for at least two days, and then move on to the next thing you're reintroducing.
