AlyssaB
I'm on day 28 of my Whole30, and the first thing I'm planning on reintroducing in a couple of days is legumes. Before Whole30, I would notice that beans would cause me some minor gas/bloating, but never peanuts, despite them both being legumes. Should I treat the two separately and reintroduce them at different times even though they fall under the same category? Thanks!
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 5, 2020 Moderators Share Posted February 5, 2020 You definitely can do peanuts separately, many people choose to do them and soy as separate reintroductions, with other legumes lumped together on a third day. Just follow the general guidelines, have the food at all three meals, go back to whole30 for at least two days, and then move on to the next thing you're reintroducing.
