MrsDavids 26 Posted February 5, 2020 Share Posted February 5, 2020 It's my first week after Whole30 and I've slowly reintroduced GF whole grains (a small amount of oatmeal with cinnamon and gf wrap). I went from having loose stools the entire Whole30 program to constipation after only eating GF grains twice in a weeks time. Not sure if it's a coincidence with GF grains or something that's connected. Plan on going back to Whole30 to see but wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue?
